There are 2 ways to participate at Apex – either as a Partner or as a Participant. We have separate pricing which covers meals and refreshments based on the DC Capital region for Military / Government. All meals and refreshments are included for all Participants and Partners.

As part of your registration you will be required to provide identification, this will be used to verify that you are a Defense & Security professional and will be deleted after your registration is verified.

There is no ‘stand’ build required at Apex for Partners. The Apex team will build, furnish and kit out your area – whether that’s a Pod, a Hub or a Lounge.
